Ever wondered what it was like supporting Manchester United in the 70's? Relegation threats, hooliganism on your doorstep and pitch invasions weren't that uncommon. The joys of victories and winning trophies were all too scarce, Man United were predominantly a cup team, yes our mighty United looking forward to a good cup run.
Wishing club members Claire Flood and Gerry Keenan all the very best of luck as they tie the knot on Saturday 28th September 2024.
United currently sit in 10th position after 2 wins and 2 losses in the league which doesn't make for great reading by our own standards but a good cup performance mid week may just kickstart our season.
After the international break we could do with a positive performance for our visit to St. Mary's at 12:30pm on Saturday. The win is also crucial and with Ugarte to come in and hopefully Hojlund back in the team, we can get the season back on track starting with this away trip versus Southampton.
